We’re excited to be raising money for much needed renovations in our Church Nursery, feel free (and encouraged) to make a contribution towards that goal in lieu of a gift for the Birthday boy.
I have had a few requests for a Wish List for Caelan. Please remember that gifts are not necessary, we just want to see your smiling faces! However, if you want to do a gift, I’ve made up a list of the types of items we look for when we’re buying for him. Here is the List. You will notice I lean towards natural material items geared towards Learning and Creativity. Or, instead of a new plastic toy or mass produced item, remember, New is not Necessary & Handmade Gifts are Lifetime Treasures! We are a recycle/reuse/repurpose kind of family and are working to teach those values to the kids: Birthdays are not about receiving, they are a celebration of life and friendship.
Re-usable giftbags & newspaper are great for wrapping gifts!!
